摘 要:目的探讨启发式临床医学教学模式(PCMC)在儿科针灸临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取于郑州大学附属儿童医院实习的河南省中医药大学康复专业2016、2017级实习生各60例作为研究对象,对照组(2016级)接受传统教学,教学组(2017级)接受PCMC教学,实习期为3个月。课程结束后,两组学生接受出科考试,且教学组通过无记名投票方式对带教老师进行满意度调查。结果两组出科成绩多为80~90分,但教学组的成绩优秀率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示,大部分学生对PCMC持肯定态度,认为该教学法可增加师生之间互动沟通机会、提高临床动手能力。结论PCMC可有效提高儿科针灸临床实习生临床操作能力。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)in the clinical teaching of pediatric acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods There were 60 interns of grade 2016 and 60 interns of grade 2017 in the rehabilitation major of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The control group(grade 2016)received traditional teaching,and the teaching group(grade 2017)received PCMC teaching.The internship period was 3 months.After the course,the two groups accepted the graduation examination,and the teaching group conducted a satisfaction survey on the teachers by secret ballot.Results The graduation scores of the two groups were mostly 80~90 scores,but the excellent rate of the teaching group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of satisfaction survey showed that most students hold a positive attitude towards PCMC,and believe that this teaching method can increase the opportunities for interaction and communication with teachers and improve their clinical practice ability.Conclusion PCMC can effectively improve the clinical operation ability of pediatric acupuncture clinical interns.
