摘 要:目的 分析团队学习(TBL)结合反转教学法对提高心肺复苏(CPR)按压质量的效果.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,纳入2021至2022年北京朝阳医院和北京友谊医院未接受CPR实践培训的118名护理学生作为研究对象,将学员随机分为TBL结合反转教学法组(58名)和普通教学法组(60名),并对按压通气质量的按压分数(CCF)及循环次数、平均按压中断时间、累计按压总数、平均按压深度、平均按压频率等因素进行记录和评估.结果 两组基线特征比较差异无统计学意义.与普通教学法组比较,在培训结束后TBL结合反转教学法组CCF(60%比55%)、按压频率正确比例(12%比0%)、通气量正确比例(78%比60%)明显增加,平均按压中断时间明显缩短(s:9.0比10.0)、平均按压频率明显减少(次/min:133比144),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 TBL结合反转教学法可能通过提高正确按压频率比例和正确通气量比例来提高CPR按压质量.Objective To investigate the effect of team based leaming(TBL)combined with lipped leamning on improving the quality of compressions during cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods_This prospective randomized contrlled study enrolled 118 nursing students who did not trained with CPR in a period from 2021 to 2022 in Beijing Chao-yang Hospial and Bejing Friendship Hospial,and they were randomly divided into a TBL-lipped learning group(58 students)and a traditional classroom instruction group(60 students).During the training course,he factors of compresion ventilation quality were recorded and evaluated in the two groups,such as chest compression fraction(CCF),number of cycles,average compression interruption time,otal numbers of cumulative compressions,average compression depth,average compression frequency,etc.Results There were no statistically significant diferences in the comparisons ofthe baseline characteristics between the two groups.Compared with the tradional classroom instruction group,the proportions of CCF(60%vs.55%),correct compression frequency(12%vs.0%)and correct ventilation capacity(78%vs.60%)were higher.while the mean compression interuption time(s:9.0 vs.10.0)and mean compression frequency(times/min:133 vs.144)were lower in TBL-flipped learning group at the end of the training,the differences being statistically significant between the two groups(ll P<0.05),Conclusion The TBL-fipped learming can improve the quality of CPR compression possibly by increasing the proportion of correct compression frequency and the proportion of the correct ventilation capacity.
