远程学习者持久学习动力影响因素的质性研究

摘　　要：在“互联网+教育”迅速发展和新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化的大背景下,远程教育质量成为关注重点。学习目标达成度是衡量远程教育质量的直观标准,而远程学习者持久的学习动力是达成目标的重要因素。从远程学习成功者视角出发,采用质性访谈的方法研究远程学习者持久学习动力的影响因素,发现远程学习者持久的学习动力同时受到内部和外部因素的影响,内部因素是学习成功的主要因素,外部的激励与期望是其学习成功的助推剂。Under the background of the rapid development of“Internet+education”and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the quality of distance education has become the focus of attention.The degree of achievement of learning goals is an intuitive standard to measure the quality of distance education,and the long-lasting learning motivation of distance learners is an important factor to achieve goals.From the perspective of distance learning success,the paper uses qualitative interviews to study the influencing factors of distance learners’lasting learning motivation.It is found that distance learners’lasting learning motivation is affected by both internal and external factors.Specifically,the internal factors are the main factor for learning success and the external incentives and expectations are the boosters for its learning success.
