摘 要:当前家庭教育治理的基本价值取向之一是家长专业化。家长专业化进程催生出“家长执照”和“持证上岗”等实践探索,带来了家长责任意识、话语建构、培训内容和制度支撑等方面的新特征。准专业性是家庭育儿在应然与实然层面的一个基本属性。家庭教育指导工作中对于专业化价值准则的过度遵从会带来“专业化陷阱”,如强势科学话语下民间教育学的边缘化、“育儿科学”对多元文化回应性的缺失、专业规范对家长育儿内生动力的束缚、学校介入与干预下家长角色的附庸化等。为澄清家庭教育指导的价值取向,应首先明确家庭育儿的准专业属性定位,避免过度专业化的若干实践误区,并保障家长专业发展的隐性条件。Professionalization of parenting is one of the basic value principles underlying the policy and practice of parental educational involvement. The process of professionalization results in preliminary explorations such as “parent license” and “registered parent”, producing new features in parents’ sense of responsibility, discourse formation, training contents, and institutional environment. Parenting is a quasi-profession from both real and ideal perspectives. Obeying to strict professional principles leads to several “professional traps” in parental educational guidance, including: the marginalization of Folk Pedagogy under powerful science discourses;the lack of multicultural responsiveness in parenting sciences;the restriction of parent’s internal impetus under strict professional norms;and the deconstruction of parent’s independency under school’s interferences. In order to rationalize the value principles guiding parenting practice, it is important to recognize the quasi-professional attribution of parenting, to reflect on the myth of excessive professionalization, and to ensure the invisible conditions of professionalization of parenting.
