热解气氛对稻秆半焦组成及气化活性的影响

摘  要:通过热解装置和热重仪分别研究了不同气氛(N_(2)、H_(2)和CO_(2))对稻秆热解产物及半焦气化活性的影响。三种气氛中热解半焦产率为CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2),焦油和气体产率为CO_(2)<N_(2)<H_(2);半焦中氧元素含量大小为CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2),说明氢气中热解稻杆的脱氧效果最好;半焦中有机质相对百分含量随热解温度的升高而减小,并且CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2),挥发分占总有机质的百分含量变化趋势与半焦中相反;K和Na析出率为CO_(2)<N_(2)<H_(2);半焦比表面积、孔容和孔径大小顺序为CO_(2)<N_(2)<H_(2);三种气氛中热解所得半焦900℃气化活性为CO_(2)<N_(2)<H_(2)。可见,氢气会促进稻秆的热解,对半焦气化具有活化作用。Effect of different atmosphere on the pyrolysis product of rice stalk and gasification activity of semi-coke was studied with pyrolysis device and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that the order of semi-coke yield was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2),and that of tar and pyrolysis gas yield was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2) during pyrolysis of rice stalk.The content order of oxygen element in the semi-coke was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2),which indicated that hydrogen had the best deoxidation effect during biomass pyrolysis.The relative content percentage of organic matter in semi-coke decreased with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,and the order was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2).The change trend in pyrolysis volatiles was opposite to that in semi-coke.The bleeding ratio of K and Na was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2).The order of BET surface area,volume and average pore size was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2).The gasification reactivity order of semi-coke obtained from different atmospheres at 900℃was CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2).Thus,it can be concluded that hydrogen can promote the pyrolysis of rice stalk and activate the gasification of semi-coke.
