生物实验课学生助理制的实践与改进

摘　　要：近年来,高校实验课学生助理的实施制度逐渐完善。实验课对于生物学学生的发展是不可或缺的,在这一助理模式下,适当的运行机制有助于学生、教师和学院得到三赢。福建师范大学生命科学学院多年来实施实验课学生助理制度,在教学质量和学生培养方面均取得了一定成果。结合本学院开展实验课助理制度的经验,探讨生物本科生在这一岗位上的实践与改进建议。In recent years,the implementation system of student assistants in experimental courses in colleges and universities has been gradually improved.Laboratory course is indispensable for the development of biology students.Under this assistant mode,proper operation system helps students,teachers and colleges to win three wins.Fujian Normal University College of Life Sciences has implemented the student assistant system for experimental courses for many years,and has achieved certain results in teaching quality and student training.Based on the experience of our college in carrying out the assistant system of experimental courses,this paper discusses the practice and improvement suggestions of undergraduate biology students in this position.
