摘  要:针对中医学专业学位研究生中医经典功底、辨证思维能力不足,学术学位研究生临床能力欠缺,总体科研培训不足、科研探索精神与科研能力薄弱的情况,提出中医经典与临床的导师共建培养团队,探索实践“经典-临床-科研”三位一体的专业学位、学术学位研究生联合培养模式。该培养模式夯实研究生中医经典基础、提高临床诊疗能力、开拓科研创新思路,构建合理的高水平导师团队和科研创新团队,取得较好的效果。Postgraduates with professional degree are lack of Traditional Chinese Medicine classics foundation and dialectical thinking ability.And postgraduates with academic degree are short of scientific research training,exploration spirit and ability.In view of this situation,classical and clinical teachers cooperative training team comes up,explorating and practicing the"classic-clinic-scientific research"trinity training mode for postgraduates with professional and academic degrees.This united mode has tamped postgraduates’foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine classics,improved clinical diagnostic ability and opened up scientific research thinking.It has built appropriate high-level teachers team and scientific research innovative team,making great progress.
