平山病1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：平山病主要特征为单侧上肢远端肌肉萎缩,诊断方法主要依靠临床表现、影像学及神经电生理检查进行综合判断。本文通过病例学习及文献复习提高临床对平山病的认识。Hirayama disease is characterized by unilateral muscle atrophy in the distal upper extremities.Diagnostic methods mainly rely on clinical manifestations,imaging and neuroelectrophysiological examination for comprehensive judgment.This paper aimed to improve the understanding of Hirayama disease through case study and literature review.
