PD-L1与APE1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与其预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨PD-L1与APE1蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法选取乳腺癌患者98例。获取98例乳腺癌组织标本,同时获取本次研究对象距离癌组织5 cm以外的癌旁组织98例。观察PD-L1、APE1蛋白阳性率与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数、2年生存情况的关系。结果癌组织中PD-L1、APE1蛋白阳性表达率(30.61%、57.14%)均显著高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤大小、是否出现淋巴结转移、不同肿瘤分期、不同Ki-67表达的乳腺癌患者PD-L1蛋白表达阳性率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组织学分级及不同Ki-67表达的乳腺癌患者APE1蛋白表达阳性率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD-L1阳性组2年累积存活率[73.33%(22/30)]低于PD-L1阴性组[98.53%(67/68)](χ^(2)=9.411,P=0.002)。APE1阳性组2年累积存活率[80.36%(45/56)]低于APE1阴性组[95.24%(40/42)](χ^(2)=14.550,P=0.001)。结论PD-L1、APE1蛋白均在乳腺癌患者中呈现高表达,且与患者临床病理参数及预后存在关系,有利于了解乳腺癌疾病发病机理及预测患者预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of PD-L1 and APE1 protein and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods 98 patients with breast cancer were selected.A total of 98 breast cancer tissue samples and 98 paracancer tissues 5 cm away from the cancer tissue were obtained.To observe the relationship between the positive rates of PD-L1 and APE1 proteins and clinicopathological parameters and 2-year survival of breast cancer patients.Results The positive expression rates of PD-L1 and APE1 proteins in cancer tissues(30.61%,57.14%)were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of PD-L1 protein expression among breast cancer patients with different tumor sizes,lymph node metastasis,tumor stages and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive rate of APE1 protein expression in breast cancer patients with different histological grades and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05).The 2-year cumulative survival rate of PD-L1 positive group[73.33%(22/30)]was lower than that of PD-L1 negative group[98.53%(67/68)](χ^(2)=9.411,P=0.002).The 2-year cumulative survival rate of APE1 positive group[80.36%(45/56)]was lower than that of APE1 negative group[95.24%(40/42)](χ^(2)=14.550,P=0.001).Conclusion PD-L1 and APE1 proteins are highly expressed in breast cancer patients,and are related to the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of the patients.It is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of breast cancer and predict the prognosis of patients.
