摘 要:伴随陪护机器人在社会中获得初步应用,各种潜在的伦理问题引发了社会各界的担忧。文章在分析陪护机器人应用背景的基础上,提出陪护机器人在应用中可能会产生3类主要的伦理问题:机器人外形设计和不可预测性所导致的伦理问题,人机交互中产生的伦理问题以及对社会正义可能造成的影响。实现陪护机器人技术负责任的发展,需要让伦理规范渗透设计,健全制度法规、制订行业标准,提升公众科学和道德素质,构建共通但有特色的伦理规范体系。With the initial application of caring robots in society,various potential ethical problems have aroused concerns from all walks of life.Based on the analysis of the application background of caring robots,the article proposes that there are mainly three kinds of ethical problems that may arise from the application of caring robots:the ethical problems caused by the appearance design and unpredictability of robots operation,the ethical problems arising from human-computer interaction and the possible impact on social justice.To realize responsible development of caring robots,we should make ethical norms permeate the robots design procedures,improve related regulations and set up appropriate industry standards,enhance the public’s scientific literacy and moral quality,and construct common ethical norms system with national characters.
