终身教育发展核心指标研究

摘　　要：非学历教育是构成终身教育的半边天。传统的评测学历教育发展水平的核心指标“人均受教育年限”已不适用于终身教育,必须要加以拓展,加入非学历教育的核算因素。研究在分析学历教育核心指标的基础上,给出了“终身教育人均受教育年限”这一核心指标的计算公式及核算方法。核心指标的确立是科学建立终身教育发展指标体系的基础,而后者则是评价终身教育发展的重要手段。Non academic education program is an important part of life-long education."The number of years of education per capita"is an traditional core index for evaluating the development level of academic education and it is no longer applicable to lifelong education.The paper argues that the new indicators must include the accounting factors.Based on the analysis of the core index of academic education,this paper designs a calculation formula and an accounting method of the core index of"life-long education per capita years of education".The establishment of core indicators is undoubtedly conducive to the scientific establishment of lifelong education development indicator system and is beneficial for lifelong education.
