摘  要:高校思政课落实素质教育是“建设高质量教育体系”的内在逻辑并呈现为结构生态,其文化属性有其深刻的根源性依据:生命存在及其超越性与文化的源初关联、文化蕴含意识形态与文化的双重属性以及思想文化的创新性生产的统一,而思政课落实素质教育的文化机制则涉及文化“应然”价值与“实然”目标相互转化并潜在着诸多悖论,由此提示了高校思政课落实素质教育的实践逻辑,即:促进思想性和情感性的融合,强化核心价值认同;坚持生活化与超越性的统一,提升理性辨识能力;推动文化场与公共性的融构,涵育深沉家国情怀;保持治理性与体制化的协同,塑造健全人格结构。The implementation of quality-oriented education of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is the logic of “building a high-quality education system”,and presenting as structural ecology. Its cultural attribute has profound roots: the life and its transcendence are original related to the culture, the culture contains the dual attribute of ideology and culture, and innovative production of ideology and culture.Its realization mechanism involves the mutual transformation of “ought to be” and “to be”,containing many cultural paradoxes, which suggests the practical logic of quality-oriented education, that is: to promote the integration of ideology and emotion, strengthening the identification of core value;adhere to the unity of life and transcendence, enhancing the ability of rational identification;promote the integration of cultural field and publicity, cultivating the deep feelings of family and country;maintain the tension between governance and institutionalization, shaping a sound personality structure.
