摘　　要：教育数字化和智慧化已经成为教育领域变革的新方向。深入推进国家智慧教育平台试点应用是落实《“十四五”国家信息化规划》的重要抓手之一、也是促进我国教育数字化战略决策的重大部署,更是推进建设数字中国的关键举措。该文以国家中小学智慧教育平台为研究对象,基于其战略优势与建设内涵,分析智慧教育平台与资源建设应用的现状与发展,并以江苏省为例,探索省域推进的模式与方法,从平台联动、资源建设、创新机制、数字转型、安全规范五大维度提出了相应的对策与建议。该研究拟为国家中小学智慧教育平台的省域推广应用与实践提供可借鉴的经验,促进国家中小学智慧教育平台在各地联动推广与创新应用,为建设“泛在可及”的国家、省、市、县、校五级贯通智慧资源公共服务体系而努力。Digitization and intelligent have become the new direction of education reform.Deeply promoting the pilot of the national smart education platform is not only an important means to actively respond to the call of the 14th Five-Year Plan and promote the strategic action of educational digitization,but also a key initiative to build digital China.This paper takes the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and development of platform and resource construction and application based on its strategic advantages and construction connotation.The mode and method of platform promotion at the provincial level is explored with Jiangsu Province as an example,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in five dimensions:platform linkage,resource construction,innovation mechanism,digital transformation,and security regulation.This study intends to provide reference experience for the provincial promotion and application of the national primary and secondary school wisdom education platform,and promote its linked promotion and innovative application in various places,so as to build a public service system of wisdom resources at the national,provincial,municipal,county and school levels that are ubiquitously accessible.
