摘  要:儿童早教产品通常忽视用户与知识之间的交互关系,导致产品与儿童的互动性较差,从而无法充分发挥早教产品的教学能力,为提高教学效果,研究基于知识可视化的儿童早期教育产品交互设计方法。构建儿童早期教育产品功能模块,建立用户体验需求模型;基于知识可视化完善早教产品知识加工步骤,得到知识加工过程中对语言文字以及图画的加工、存储与应用;建立用户与知识交互模型,实现对早教产品的交互设计。通过产品迷失度与产品学习效率获取产品交互架构与被测对象实际心智提高程度的匹配度,由实验数据可知,在学龄前儿童使用该类早教产品时匹配度可以达到0.75以上,学龄儿童使用该类设计产品的匹配度也能够达到0.65以上。可见该早教产品具备较好的性能,且其对3~5岁学龄前儿童的教学效果强于6~8岁的学龄儿童。Children’s early education products usually ignore the interactive relationship between users and knowledge,resulting in poor interaction between products and children,which can not give full play to the teaching ability of early education products.In order to improve the teaching effect,the interactive design method of children’s early education products is studied based on Knowledge Visualization.The functional module of early childhood education products is built and the user experience demand model is determined to improve the knowledge processing steps of early education products based on knowledge visualization,and the processing,storage and application of language and pictures in the process of knowledge processing is obtained.The interaction model between users and knowledge is established to realize the interactive design of early education products.The matching degree between the product interaction architecture and the actual mental improvement of the tested object is obtained through the product loss degree and product learning efficiency.According to the experimental data,the matching degree can reach more than 0.75 when preschool children use this kind of early education products,and the matching degree of school-age children using this kind of design products can also reach more than 0.65.It can be seen that the early education product has good performance,and its teaching effect on preschool children aged 3-5 is better than that of school-age children aged 6-8.
