摘　　要：地理环境、经济发展水平、教育文化程度等因素,制约了民族地区高校信息化的发展进程,在财务信息化建设方面未达到全国高校平均水平。基于此,文章着重分析了当前民族地区高校财务信息化建设工作中,财务报销信息化程度低、财务人员信息化水平低、内控制度不健全等问题,并提出创建网上报账系统、注重财务人员信息化培养、完善财务内控制度等相应的解决措施,同时分别从工作效率、内控水平以及服务质量等方面阐述了“互联网+”时代民族地区高校财务信息化建设的积极作用。Geographical environment,economic development level,educational and cultural level and other factors have restricted the development process of university informatization in ethnic areas,and the construction of financial informatization has not reached the national average level of colleges and universities.Based on this,the article emphatically analyzes the problems in the current financial informatization construction of colleges and universities in ethnic areas,such as the low informatization level of financial reimbursement,the low informatization level of financial personnel,and the imperfect internal control system,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,such as creating an online reimbursement system,paying attention to the informatization training of financial personnel,and improving the internal control system.At the same time,it expounds the positive role of financial informatization construction of colleges and universities in ethnic areas in the"Internet+"era from the aspects of work efficiency,internal control level and service quality.
