摘　　要：在“大众创业、万众创新”的新时代背景下,我国高等教育的地位和功能面临新的冲击和挑战,使得大学不只是单纯从事研究,还需要适应全球化背景下商业发展的需求,推进创新创业教育,以培育创新创业复合型人才。在此基础上,通过对国内外高校创新创业教育研究分析,从中明确高校创新创业教育存在的问题;在此基础上,构建了适应我国社会环境和高校特点的创新创业教育模式,从而为新时代进一步促进和推动我国高校创新创业教育提供了一定的理论基础和实践研究。In the new era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the status and function of higher education in China are faced with new impacts and challenges,as a result universities not only engage in research,but also need to adapt to the needs of business development under the background of globalization,to foster innovation and entrepreneurship education and to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial compound talents.On this basis,through the research and analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,the existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are identified.On this basis,an entrepreneurial education model is constructed,which is adapted to Chinese social environment and university characteristics,thus providing a certain theoretical foundation and practice research for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities in the new period.
