摘 要:为了解临床医学本科生参与科研活动现状,优化医学生科研创新能力培养方案,教学实验室自行设计网络问卷,对医学院5年制临床医学专业学生参与科研活动现状展开调查。通过问卷星平台发放、回收。分析结果显示,本科生参与科研活动存在的主要障碍为缺乏空余时间、实验条件、指导教师,学生参与科研活动意愿强烈,年级、成绩和动机强度等因素对于学生是否参与科研活动具有显著的影响关系。针对当前医学生科研创新能力培养现状,构建以中心为载体,以课程为核心,以兴趣为驱动,以项目为补充的递进式医学生科研能力培养方案,是解决当前困境的有效途径。In order to determine the current situation of the undergraduate student research training program and optimize the training plan for medical students’scientific research and innovation capabilities,we investigated the status of undergraduates’participation in scientific research activities in the School of Medicine,Sun Yat-sen University,through a questionnaires survey study.The investigation result is that medical students demonstrate a strong desire to be involved in research activities.Factors such as grade,achievement,and motivation intensity significantly determine whether students participate in scientific research.However,shortness of free time in the school,research laboratory conditions and mentors are the main obstacles that impede undergraduates from participating in scientific research training.The gradually increasing expectations to strengthen research literacy and skills of med students elicit new challenges for the experimental teaching system.Therefore,we propose that the institute facility center establish progressive medical students’training programs,which contain a core curriculum integrated with the interest-driven research project,which may serve as an effective solution for the current dilemma.
