摘  要:针对医用组织补片熔体电纺三维打印实验设备成本高、原材料昂贵和实验耗时长等问题,利用3D虚拟仿真技术将熔体电纺三维打印机的工作原理及操作方法、医用组织补片微观结构设计和打印过程等进行实时模拟,开发出具有自主知识产权的虚拟仿真教学系统。该系统具有基础知识学习、知识点测试、线上虚拟操作和线上产品设计四大功能。学生采用课前线上学习、在线虚拟仿真实验、在线产品研发设计与线下实操相结合的混合式实验模式,提高了对医用组织补片产品研发设计的认识和理解。该系统的应用全面培养了学生的自主学习、创新性思维、产品研发和医工结合等能力,在实践中取得了良好的教学效果。Aiming at the problems of high cost of experimental equipment,expensive raw materials and long experiment time for melt electrospinning 3 D printing of medical tissue patch,a virtual simulation teaching system with independent intellectual property rights was developed.The working principle and operation method of the melt electrospinning 3 D printer,the microstructure design of medical tissue patch and the printing process were simulated in real time by 3 D virtual simulation technology.A virtual simulation teaching system with independent intellectual property rights was developed.It has four functions of basic knowledge learning,knowledge point test,online virtual operation and online product design,which provides a process experience of human-computer interaction on 3 D printing and product design for students.The multi-dimensional teaching model was adapted that combined pre-class online learning,online virtual simulation experiments,online product development and design and offline experiments,which can improve understanding of the development and design of medical tissue patch,and comprehensively cultivate independent learning,innovative thinking,product R&D,and medical-industrial integration capabilities for students.A good effect has been achieved through teaching practice.
