On the Logical Implications and Practical Approaches of Vocational Education Promoting Common Prosperity——Based on the Perspective of Vocational Education Function Aggregation

摘  要:职业教育作为基本公共服务内容,是促进实现共同富裕的动力引擎。发展职业教育和促进共同富裕在历史逻辑上具有共生共长性,在理论逻辑上具有本质一致性,在价值逻辑上具有互补共享性。在功能结构理论视域下,职业教育功能是育人功能、社会功能、保障功能、传承功能、生成功能、适应功能的聚合体。基于此聚合体,职业教育促进共同富裕的实践路径是:确立“育人—传承”功能主导地位,增强促进共同富裕的“人力值”;建构“适应-生成”功能联结链条,增强促进共同富裕的“生命值”;巩固“社会-保障”功能聚合效应,增强促进共同富裕的“贡献值”。Vocational educational is one part of basic public services and power engines of promoting common prosperity.Developing vocational education is growing with promoting common prosperity in historical logic,and they have essential consistency in theoretical logic and they are complementary and sharing in value logic.From the perspective of functional structure theory,vocational education is an aggregation integrating educational function,social function,guarantee function,inheritance function,generation function and adaptation function.Based on that aggregation,the practical approaches of vocational education promoting common prosperity are:establish dominant roles of“educational-inheritance”functions to enhance“human power value”of promoting common prosperity;build connection chain of“adaption-generation”functions to enhance“life value”of promoting common prosperity;strengthen aggregation of“social-guarantee”functions to enhance“contribution value”of promoting common prosperity.
