摘　　要：技能型社会建设是根治技能短缺和技能结构性矛盾的“突破口”,亦是实现共同富裕的必由之路。技能型社会建设可通过筑牢产业振兴之路、搭建乡村振兴之桥、拓宽增收致富之径,不断夯实共同富裕之基、深化共同富裕之本、强化共同富裕之要。然而,受制于技能供给结构失衡、技能治理体系短板和零工经济过度繁荣等困境,共同富裕目标进展缓慢。鉴于此,提出推动技能型社会“嵌入”治理,驱动技能治理现代化建设;“长入”经济,加快经济高质量发展进程;“融入”乡村,推进技能型乡村建设工程;“汇入”生活,促进生活富裕水平稳步提升的实践路径,从而助推共同富裕远景目标的实现。The construction of skilled society is not only the“breakthrough”to eradicate the contradiction between skill shortage and skill structure,but also the only way to achieve common prosperity.The construction of skilled society can continuously consolidate the foundation of common prosperity,deepen the foundation of common prosperity and strengthen the necessity of common prosperity by building a solid road to industrial revitalization,building a bridge to rural revitalization and broadening the paths to increase income and wealth.However,due to the imbalance of skill supply structure,the weakness of skill governance system and the plight of excessive prosperity of casual economy,the goal of common prosperity has made slow progress.In view of this,it is proposed to promote the“embedded”governance of skilled society and drive the modernization of skill governance;integrate into the economy and speed up the process of high-quality economic development;integrate into the countryside and promote skilled rural construction projects;“merge”life and promote the steady improvement of living prosperity,so as to promote the realization of the vision of common prosperity.
