摘　　要："护理教育学"是护理学专业的重要课程。为了进一步提升课程教学质量,增加学生学习获得感,提高学业兴趣,"护理教育学"经过多年课程教学改革,探索总结出了优化教学目标、丰富教学内容、变革教学方式方法与创新教学评价的改革机制,极大提升了课程教学质量,为学生毕业后从事护理教育教学奠定基础。Nursing education is an important course of nursing major.In order to further improve teaching quality,increase students'sense of learning gain,improve the students'interest in learning,after years of exploration,the nursing education teaching reform summarized the optimization of teaching target,enriching teaching content,changing teaching methods and innovating teaching evaluation mechanism,greatly improve the quality of teaching and lay a foundation for students after graduation engaged in nursing education teaching.
