摘　　要：在全球化时代,应对全球问题、构建人类命运共同体等新时代发展,要求加强对跨文化能力的培养。跨文化能力是21世纪人才必备的关键能力之一,跨文化能力培养是外语教育的重要目标和组成已经是广泛共识。文章以辩证研究理论作为思考和探索外语教学中的跨文化能力测评的顶层理论指导,并认为关于跨文化能力评估测量的实践路径探索必须在梳理国内外主要关于概念界定、理论建构、模型建构的理论成果中择取正确的理论方向和依据。To strengthen the Intercultural Competence is imperative in the globalized world where the humankind is supposed to deal the global problems and build a community with a shared future. Intercultural competence is one of the key competences for the 21and cultivation of Intercultural competence is the key objective and part of foreign language education, which is the wide perception. This paper proposes that the dialectical study theory should guide thinking and exploring cross-cultural ability in foreign language teaching as the top theory instruction, and supposes the practice of intercultural capability measurement must be based on the relevant theoretical products home and abroad, mainly about the definition, theoretical construction and model constructing.
