摘 要:网球运动员的有氧和无氧能力是身体素质的关键要素,运动员的有氧能力决定了其在整场比赛的运动稳定性,无氧能力决定了其在击球等关键技术动作尤其是激烈对抗状态下的发挥水平.选取一定数量的水平相当的专项男子网球运动员,以对照实验的原理,通过间歇训练法进行有氧和无氧能力的提升训练,并测试了训练前后运动员的有氧和无氧能力的指标数据.研究结果表明,本研究所采用的间歇训练法能明显提升运动员的有氧能力和部分无氧能力.最后,对相关训练方法进行归纳,以期对网球运动相关训练提供参考.The aerobic and anaerobic ability of tennis players is the key element of physical quality.The aerobic ability of tennis players determines their sports stability in the whole game,and the anaerobic ability determines their playing level in key technical actions such as hitting the ball,especially in the state of fierce confrontation.In this study,a certain number of special male tennis players with the same level are selected.Based on the principle of control experiment,the aerobic and anaerobic ability is improved through intermittent training method,and the index data of aerobic and anaerobic ability of athletes before and after training are tested.The results show that the intermittent training method used in this study can significantly improve the aerobic ability and some anaerobic ability of athletes.Finally,the relevant training methods are summarized in order to provide reference for tennis related training.
