摘  要:随着新课程的一系列改革,全国大部分中学已经开始重视学生的综合学习。耐久跑是中学阶段的基础教学内容,科学、系统、长期的耐久跑训练,不仅能有效提高初中生的身体素质,还能使学生养成正确的身体锻炼意识和良好的锻炼习惯,培养学生的耐心和韧性。所以,在初中阶段,长期进行体育耐久跑活动对学生的成长有着非常重要的作用,学校或教师必须关注该课程长期运行的结果。针对素质教育目标的广泛性,中学体育耐久跑教学的内容和方法也应适当调整,不能给学生增加负担,为初中生今后的生活和学习做好基础,因此该文提出了在中学体育耐久跑教学中应用小组合作学习法的一系列措施。With a series of reforms of the new curriculum,most middle schools in China have begun to pay attention to students'comprehensive learning.Endurance running,as the basic teaching content of middle school,scientific,systematic and long-term endurance running training,can not only effectively improve the physical quality of junior middle school students,but also enable students to develop correct physical exercise awareness and good exercise habits,and cultivate students'patience and toughness.Therefore,in junior high school,long-term sports endurance running plays a very important role in the growth of students.Schools or teachers must pay attention to the results of the long-term operation of the course.In view of the universality of the goal of quality education,the contents and methods of middle school sports endurance running teaching should also be adjusted appropriately,which can not increase the burden on students and lay a good foundation for junior high school students'future life and study.Therefore,this paper puts forward a series of measures to apply small combinations as learning methods in middle school sports endurance running teaching.
