摘  要:高等教育是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。在新时代中国特色社会主义建设时期,作为高校教师,应当不忘立德树人初心,牢记为党育人、为国育才使命,践行“四有”箴言,争做“四有”好教师,为我国社会主义现代化建设事业培养合格的接班人。以“中国乐派”模式引领并带动一批音乐专业院校,为实现从“各美其美”到“美美与共”的音乐文化共同体的建设目标努力奋斗。Higher education is an important indicator of the development level and development potential of a country.In the period of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,college teachers should not forget the original aspiration of“building morality and cultivating talents”.They should bear in mind the mission of educating people for the Party and the country,practice the motto of“four haves”,strive to be teachers with the qualities of“four haves”,and train qualified successors for China's socialist modernization cause.The“Chinese music school”mode should be taken as the guide to lead a number of music colleges and universities with each of them having it own advantages,to achieve the construction goal of building a music cultural community,in which all schools contribute to the shared glory of the community.
