摘　　要：为了改革“生物化学实验”教学,提升学生的独立思考能力,达到参与式学习的高效教学效果,基于BOPPPS模型,以“双酶水解淀粉及产物分析”实验课程为例进行教学设计,结果表明,BOPPPS模型对“生物化学实验”课堂教学有明显提升效果,为今后实践类课程的教学改革提供了很好的借鉴。In order to reform the teaching of Biochemistry Experiment,improve students'independent thinking ability,and achieve high-efficiency teaching effects of participatory learning,this paper took the experiment“Double enzyme hydrolysis of starch and product analysis”as an example to design the teaching based on BOPPPS model.The teaching effect showed that the BOPPPS model had a significant improvement effect on the Biochemistry Experiment course and provided a good reference for the teaching reform of practical courses in the future.
