摘  要:目的 探讨微创腔镜技术在子宫肌瘤临床案例教学中的应用效果。方法 采用随机抽样方法,选取安徽医科大学2016级临床医学专业131名学生为研究对象,将其分为试验组(n=66)和对照组(n=65)。试验组学生采用微创腔镜技术融合案例教学方法,对照组学生采用传统教学方法。教学结束后,采用问卷调查和随堂测试方法,了解两组学生对相关教学方法的满意度和学习效果。结果 在提高学习兴趣、强化理论知识、提高分析问题能力、培养临床思维能力、提高学习效率、提升微创腔镜技术认识程度及对教学方法总体满意度方面,试验组学生的评分均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);试验组学生随堂测试成绩优于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 在子宫肌瘤临床案例教学中应用微创腔镜技术,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的临床思维,有效地帮助学生提高学习效率,学生对教学效果比较满意,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive endoscopy technique in case teaching in clinical teaching of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 131 students majoring in clinical medicine from Grade 2016 in Anhui Medical University were selected as subjects by random sampling. They were divided into experimental group(n=66) and control group(n=65). The experimental group adopted the minimally invasive technique combined with case teaching method, and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. Through questionnaire survey and in-class test, the satisfaction and learning effect of the two groups of students on their respective teaching methods were understood. Results In terms of improving learning interest, strengthening theoretical knowledge, improving problem analysis ability, cultivating clinical thinking ability, improving learning efficiency, improving minimally invasive technology awareness and overall satisfaction with teaching methods, the scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01). The test scores of the experimental group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The application of minimally invasive technique in CBL classroom teaching of uterine fibroids can stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate their clinical thinking, and effectively help students improve their learning efficiency. The teaching effect is satisfactory and worthy of further promotion.
