摘 要:目的探讨基于慕课的翻转课堂在新生儿学临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法100名本科生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于慕课的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,最终通过学生综合成绩考核和问卷反馈进行教学评价。结果综合成绩方面,实验组平均分(87.84±4.64)高于对照组(79.18±6.11)。问卷反馈方面,90%以上的实验组学生认为在对教材概念的理解、学习的兴趣及自主性、教师引导等方面受益匪浅,还有50%学生表示研究生方向选择新生儿科。结论与传统教学方式相比,基于慕课的翻转课堂在教学中取得了更好的效果,是值得推广的临床带教方法。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom based on MOOC in internship teaching of neonatology.Methods 100 undergraduates were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom based on MOOC teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.Finally,the teaching evaluation was carried out through students’comprehensive performance assessment and questionnaire feedback.Results The average score of the experimental group(87.84±4.64)was higher than that of the control group(79.18±6.11).In terms of questionnaire feedback,more than 90%of the experimental group students thought that they benefited a lot from the understanding of the concept of teaching materials,their interest and autonomy in learning,and the guidance of teachers,and 50%of the students said that they would choose neonatology as their graduate orientation.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,flipped classroom based on MOOC has achieved better results in teaching,which is a clinical teaching method worth popularizing.
