多元化健康教育联合人性化护理在耳鼻喉科门诊患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价对耳鼻喉科门诊患者实施多元化健康教育联合人性化护理干预的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于郑州大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的132例患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为观察组、对照组,每组66例。对照组在常规接诊及护理基础上行人性化护理,观察组于此基础上联合多元化健康教育干预。分析比较两组患者护理质量评分、疾病知识知晓情况、治疗依从性、不良事件发生率。结果观察组疾病知识普及、护患沟通、专业水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组疾病知识知晓评分、总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。132例患者就诊时期共出现13例不良事件,总发生率为9.85%(13/132),观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉科门诊患者实施多元化健康教育联合人性化护理能够提高护理质量,改善其疾病知识知晓情况、治疗依从性,减少门诊就诊时不良事件发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of diversified health education combined with humanized nursing intervention on outpatients in otolaryngology department.Methods A total of 132 patients in the Otolaryngology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing on the basis of pedestrian nursing,and the observation group combined with diversified health education intervention on this basis.The nursing quality score,disease knowledge awareness,treatment compliance and the incidence of adverse events were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease knowledge popularization,nurse-patient communication and professional level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the disease knowledge awareness score and total compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).A total of 13 adverse events occurred in 132 patients during the visit,with a total incidence of 9.85%(13/132).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education combined with humanized nursing can improve the quality of nursing for otolaryngology outpatients,improve their awareness of disease knowledge,treatment compliance and negative emotion,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
