摘 要:基于当今时代背景下,高职院校教师在创新育人机制过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。为进一步地实现立德树人根本任务,高职院校教师应以学生为主体,将显性与隐性课程相融合,正确处理“三对关系”,倡导“四度”教育,即“一二三四”思政育人模式,不断提升“课程思政”实效,切实推动“思政课程”与“课程思政”同向同行。Based on the background of the current era,teachers of higher vocational colleges play an indispensable role in the process of innovating the education mechanism.In order to further realize the fundamental task of fostering morality,teachers in higher vocational colleges should take students as the main body,integrate explicit and implicit courses,correctly handle the“three pairs of relations”,and advocate“four degrees”education,that is,“one-two-three-four”ideological and political education model continuously improves the effectiveness of the“curriculum ideology and politics”,and effectively promotes the“ideological and political curriculum”and the“curriculum ideology and politics”to move in the same direction.
