摘  要:介绍了一种基于PLC S7-200的花生分装机控制系统,完成了花生分装机整机结构的建立,以整机结构为基础简述了花生分装机的基本分装顺序流程,并进一步完成了以PLC S7-200为核心的花生分装机控制系统硬件结构及其软件实现,控制系统以光电传感器、压力应变器检测输入信号,由调试软件DriverStudio完成了伺服驱动器参数设计及程序调试,以经典PID控制完成控制程序闭环,利用编码器完成PLC控制主程序编写并通过程序编译和子程序编制。按自动和手动两种工况实现控制系统在不同模式下的自由切换,并且手动控制时,在各子程序间设置了互锁保护。最后,以工程软件Matlab完成了伺服电机的速度响应仿真测试。测试结果表明,该系统响应效率高,控制准确性好,能够较好地满足花生分装机控制系统实际需要。A control system of peanut packing machine was introduced based on PLC S7-200, the establishment of the whole structure of peanut packing machine was completed, the basic sequence flow of peanut packing machine was described based on the whole structure, and the hardware structure and software implementation of peanut packing machine control system with PLC S7-200 as the core were further completed. The control system used photoelectric sensor and pressure strain gauge to detect the input signal, and the servo driver parameter design and program debugging were completed by debugging software DriverStudio. The closed-loop control program was completed by classical PID control, and the main PLC control program was written by encoder and compiled by program and subroutine. The control system could switch freely in different modes according to automatic and manual working conditions, and the interlock protection was set between each subroutine during manual control. The speed response of servo motor was simulated by Matlab. The test results show that the system has high response efficiency and good control accuracy, and can better meet the actual needs of peanut distributor control system.
