摘 要:数字印刷是一种全数字化的新型印刷技术,从信息输入到印刷输出,全部都是由计算机集中操控和管理,都是数字流的信息处理、传递、控制的过程。本文针对数字喷墨控制系统主控制器和喷头驱动板间低复杂度、低成本数据传输的需求,提出了一种新型串行传输协议PSTP。相对于常规串行协议必须进行时钟传输或采用专用电路进行数据时钟恢复才能正确传输数据的问题,本协议借助4B/5B编码以及Reed-Solomon交织缩短码纠错算法,可以在数据发送端和接收端时钟非精确同步的情况下进行数据的可靠传输,极大地简化了系统复杂性,降低了硬件成本。系统仿真及FPGA硬件测试结果表明PSTP协议仅利用简单的数字电路便可以在发送端和接收端时钟相对偏差达100 ppm的情况下进行可靠的数据传输。As a novel full digital printing technology, every step of digital printing, from information receiving to printing output, was controlled by computer and was a processing of data. In order to reduce the complexity and cost of data transmission between the main controller and printhead driver in the digital ink jet control system, PSTP was introduced. Compared with common serial transmission protocols which need clock transfer or data clock recover, PSTP can transfer data reliably even when transmitting terminal clock and receiving terminal clock are not synchronization precisely, by means of 4B/5B coding and shorted Reed-Solomon interleaved code. The simulated experiments and FPGA based tests show that reliable data transmission can be achieved by PSTP with 100 ppm clock deviation between transmitting terminal and receiving terminal only by simple digital circuit.
