摘 要:健康和谐的师生关系有助于教学目标的实现和人才的全面培养。现阶段我国高校师生关系具有复杂性、多维性、情景性、发展性特点,传统师生关系不断面临新挑战,自媒体时代带来高校师生关系的异化,高校师生关系成为影响高等教育改革发展的重要因素。基于平等对话原则,应从更新师生平等对话观、建立师生互动学习观、完善师生合作评价体系多个层面构建高校和谐师生关系。The teacher-student relationship refers to the most basic interpersonal relationship between teachers and students in education and teaching activities.A healthy and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is conducive to the realization of teaching goals and the overall training of talents.At this stage,the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities in my country is characterized by complexity,multi-dimensionality,situational and developmental characteristics.The traditional relationship between teachers and students is constantly facing new challenges.The self-media era brings alienation of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities,and the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities has become an influence on higher education an important factor in reform and development.Based on the principle of equal dialogue,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities is constructed at multiple levels by updating the concept of equal dialogue between teachers and students,establishing the concept of interactive learning between teachers and students,and improving the evaluation system of teacher-student cooperation.
