摘　　要：医学分子遗传学是人类遗传学的一门分支学科,融合了基础理论与临床应用,课程设计和教学内容紧密围绕学科基础理论和医学遗传学热点问题展开,采用案例式教学、双语教学、专题讲座等形式进行教学活动,充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生的科研思维能力。文章对该课程的课程设计、教学内容、教学方式和师资队伍建设等情况进行总结,为加强研究生专业课程建设,培养研究生综合科研素质打下良好的基础。Medical molecular genetics is a branch of human genetics,combining basic medical theories and clinical application,and the course design and teaching content are closely related to the basic theories and hot issues of medical genetics.The authors adopted different teaching methods of case teaching,bilingual teaching,and seminar etc.to motivate students to learn and improve their scientific thinking ability.This paper summarizes the course design,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching staff construction,in order to strengthen the construction of professional courses for postgraduates and cultivate the comprehensive research abilities in postgraduates.
