摘　　要：在新工科建设背景下,用人单位对人才提出了更高的要求。如何培养具有创新思维与实践能力的工科人才是目前各高校尤其是地方省属高校教学改革过程中需要探讨与思考的问题。根据给排水科学与工程专业的特点和区域发展特色,提出了基于OBE理念并结合PBL项目式教学的人才培养模式,以广东工业大学给排水科学与工程专业为例,探讨该模式的具体应用及需要思考的问题。Under the background of new engineering construction, employers put forward higher requirements for talents. How to train engineering talents with innovative thinking and practical ability is a problem that needs to be discussed and considered in the teaching reform of colleges and universities, especially provincial colleges and universities. According to the characteristics and regional development of water supply and drainage science and engineering, a talent training mode based on OBE concept combined with PBL project-based teaching is put forward. Taking water supply and drainage science and engineering of Guangdong University of Technology as an example, the specific application of this mode and the problems to be considered are discussed.
