摘 要:采用添加不同质量分数(0%,0.75%,1.00%和1.25%)乳酸菌的混合饲料,淡水养殖南美白对虾30 d,其间检测各种水质指标,分析乳酸菌对南美白对虾体长、体质量和抗病力的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加质量分数1.00%和1.25%乳酸菌,可有效提高虾苗生长速度,增强虾苗的活力和免疫力,降解水体中亚硝酸盐氮、氨氮等有毒物质,改良水质。The main objective of this study is to explorethe effects of lactic acid bacteria on body length, body weight and disease resistance of Penaeus Vannamei. The different water quality indexes were tested in freshwater culture of Penaeus Vannamei for 30 days, which added different concentrations of lactic acid bacteria(0%, 0.75%,1.00% and 1.25%) in feed. The results showed that adding 1.00% and 1.25% lactic acid bacteria into the feed could effectively increase the growth rate, enhance the vitality and immunity of the shrimp seedlings, degrade the watertoxic substances such as nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen, and has the effect of improving water quality.
