摘　　要：目前师范类专科学校的计算机专业学生培养目标比较模糊,学生有想走技术路线的,也有考教师资格证的。是技术性人才还是师范类人才定义不清晰,计算机比赛中成绩不如高职类院校。针对这些问题,该文通过大学生计算机竞赛团队建设,参考陶行知先生的小先生制和国外的贝尔兰卡斯特制的培训模式,提出核心学生传帮带的计算机竞赛团队模型,解决学校、指导老师和学生的困扰问题。At present,the training goal of computer major students in normal college is relatively vague.Some of the students want to take the technical route,but some also want to get a teacher qualification certificate.The definition of technical talents or normal talents is not clear,and the results in computer competitions are not as good as those in higher vocational colleges.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward a computer competition team model with core students’help and guidance through the construction of university students’computer competition team,referring to Mr.TAO Xingzhi’s"Small Teacher System"and the training mode of Bell Lankester System abroad,so as to solve the problems of schools,teachers and students.
