卓越农林人才核心能力体系及培养路径研究

摘　　要：我国正处于由传统农业向现代化农业转型的关键阶段,服务农林产业发展需要,离不开创新型、复合型和应用型的卓越农林人才的支撑。因此,卓越农林人才核心能力的培养显得尤为重要。基于卓越农林人才核心能力的内涵,该文从理论层面,构建知识能力、创新能力、应用能力和个人素质4个要素的卓越农林人才核心能力体系模型;在实践层面,调查分析河南、山东和黑龙江3个省份的农林人才核心能力现状,分析其影响因素和原因,构建目标体系、培养过程、条件支撑和培养路径4个维度的卓越农林人才核心能力培养框架与路径。China is in a critical stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.To serve the needs of the development of agriculture and forestry industry,it is necessary to create a new,compound and applied support of excellent agricultural and forestry talents.Therefore,the cultivation of the core competence of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents is particularly important.Based on the connotation of the core competence of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents,this paper constructs the core competence system model of excellent agricultural and forestry talents from the theoretical level,which is composed of four elements:knowledge ability,innovation ability,application ability and personal quality.At the practical level,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the core competence of agricultural and forestry talents in Henan,Shandong and Heilongjiang provinces,and analyzes its influencing factors and reasons.the framework and path of cultivating the core competence of excellent agricultural and forestry talents were constructed in four dimensions:target system,training process,condition support and training path.
