摘　　要：“一带一路”战略背景下,随着我国建设事业相继在国外大量展开,涉外的建设行业相关专业的职业培训需求也不断增加,这为国内建设类高职院校的培训带来了机遇。在分析当前职业培训存在主要问题的基础上,提出了“一带一路”战略背景下建设类高职院校开展海外建设培训,构建职业培训创新体系的模式,以期为切实开展建设类人才的培训和提高其培训质量提供参考。Under the background of"One Belt and One Road"strategy,as China's construction undertaking has been carried out in a large number of foreign countries,the demand for professional training of foreign-related construction industry is also increasing,which brings opportunities for the training of domestic construction vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in the current vocational training,this paper puts forward the mode of overseas construction training and vocational training innovation system of construction vocational colleges under the background of"One Belt and One Road"strategy,in order to provide reference for effectively carry out the construction of talent training and improving thEIR training quality of construction talents.
