后结构主义视角下教师情感与教师身份的关联研究

摘  要:情感与身份的关联研究是教师专业发展研究中的新兴课题。基于后结构主义视角,探究教师情感与教师身份的内在关联。研究发现,情境性和动态变化性是后结构主义视角下身份观和情感观的共性,构成二者关联的基础;能动性建构于社会实践,且具有一定的表演性,是身份与情感关联的粘合剂。基于上述发现,尝试性探讨了教师情感促进其身份构建的具体策略,具体包括:提升情感反思力;构建与他人的亲密情感关系;充分发挥情感主体性。The correlation between emotion and identity is a burgeoning topic in researches of teacher’s professional development.Based on the post-structural perspective,this paper probes into the internal correlation between teacher emotion and teacher identity.It is found that the construction of both emotion and identity are context-based and dynamically changing,which forms the basis of their correlation.The agency is socially constructed and bears certain characteristics of performativity,thus glues teacher emotion and teacher identity.Based on the above findings,some specific strategies for construction of teachers’identity promoted by emotion are explored,including promoting emotional reflective ability,establishing intimate relation with others and exerting emotional subjectivity.
