摘　　要：人工智能快速发展,对经济社会发展产生了重大影响,也对教育提出了新的要求。众所周知,教师是教育的第一资源。党中央及教育部始终关心新时代环境下的教师队伍建设。2018年,习近平总书记在北京大学师生座谈会上就曾强调,“随着信息化不断发展,知识获取方式和传授方式、教和学关系都发生了革命性变化。这也对教师队伍能力和水平提出了新的、更高的要求。”Empowering the building of teachers team with Al in the new era is an important measure to achieve digital transformation in education.It is also the only way to help meet the current challenges facing education development,and to explore the building of a modermized teachers'training system.
