摘  要:劳动教育是构建高质量教育体系的重要抓手,有着重要作用和意旨,一直以来受到党和国家的高度重视。然而,高校劳动教育的效果差强人意,究其原因,主要存在体力劳动和脑力劳动的割裂、个人需求和社会需求的割裂以及劳动和闲暇的割裂。劳动是“手的使用”、是“勤奋”、是“幸福”。高校劳动教育可以从“树榜样”“勤上手”“追幸福”三个方面行动,培养社会主义建设者和接班人。Labor education is an important way to build a high-quality education system. It has important function and purpose. It has always been highly valued by our party and country. However, the effect of labor education is not satisfactory. The main reasons are the separation of manual labor and mental labor, of individual needs and social needs, and of labor and leisure. Labor is “the use of hands,” “diligence,” and “happiness.” Accordingly, labor education in colleges and universities can act from three aspects: “setting examples,” “working hard,” and “pursuing happiness” to cultivate socialist builders and successors.
