摘 要:近年来,科研育人逐渐成为学界关注的焦点和研究的热点。科研育人是深化高等教育改革的突破口,不仅拓宽了思想政治教育领域阵地,而且有助于实现国家科技创新的发展。当前科研育人存在着诸多问题:从学校层面看,学校对科研育人理念的落实有待加强,对科研育人的考核评价有待改进,对科研育人的氛围营造有待提升;从教师层面看,教师对科研育人的思想认识不深,对科研育人的投入动力不足,对科研育人的方式创新不够,对科研育人的目标导向不同;从学生层面看,学生参与科研育人的意愿不强,参与科研育人的深度不够,参与科研育人的平台有限。对此,要从多个维度加强科研育人工作:高校应主动承担科研育人的主体责任;教师应积极发挥科研育人的主导作用;学生应自觉担起科研育人的主体地位。In recent years, scientific research and education have gradually become the focus of academic attention and research interest.Scientific research and education is a breakthrough in deepening the reform of higher education, broadening the ideological and political education field, and helping to realize the development of scientific and technological innovation.At present, there are many problems with scientific research and education.From the school level, the implementation of scientific research and education concept needs to be strengthened, the evaluation of scientific research and education needs to be improved, and the creation of the atmosphere of scientific research and education needs to be improved.From the perspective of teachers, teachers have an inadequate ideological understanding of scientific research and education, insufficient input power in scientific research and education, less innovation in scientific research and education methods, and different goals of orientation for scientific research and education.From the perspective of students, students have a weak willingness to participate in scientific research and education, an inadequate depth of participation, and a limited platform for participation.Therefore, we should strengthen the work of scientific research and education in colleges and universities from multiple dimensions: university administrators should take the main responsibility of scientific research and education, teachers should play a leading role in scientific research and education, and students should consciously assume the main position of scientific research and education.
