基于卓越法医学人才为导向的研究生培养模式探讨——以西安交通大学法医学学术学位研究生培养为例

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,研究生教育已成为国家培养高层次专业人才的重要途径,也是建设创新型国家的核心要素。学术学位研究生教育是培养合格科研人才的高级教育形式。针对目前我国学术学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,如科研意识欠缺、独立思考与分析能力不足、综合学术素养不良等,西安交通大学法医学院结合自身学科优势,建立本硕博贯通式人才培养模式,在加强法医学研究生人文与思政教育、塑造科研意识、强化发现科学问题的能力、引导基于法医学问题的科学研究、培养论文写作能力、强化实验操作与技能培训等方面进行了实践。本文总结了我校高层次复合型法医学研究生培养模式构建与改革过程中的经验,为新时期培养卓越法医学人才提供参考。With the development of our country,postgraduate education has become an important way for the country to train high-level professionals,and also been the core element of construction of an innovative country.Postgraduate education for academic degree is a high-level education form to train qualified scientific research personnel.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduate students with academic degrees in China at present,such as lack of scientific research consciousness,lack of independent thinking and scientific thinking ability and analysis ability,and poor academic quality,the College of Forensic Medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University has made many practical attempts in the following aspects:strengthening the humanities and ideological and political education of postgraduate students in forensic science,shaping their scientific research consciousness,strengthening their ability to discover scientific problems,guiding scientific research based on forensic problems,cultivating their ability to write papers,and strengthening experimental operation and technical training.This paper summarizes the experience in the construction and reform of the high-level composite postgraduate training model of forensic science in our university,so as to provides reference for cultivating excellent forensic science talents in the new period.
