摘  要:成人教育学研究生培养是成人教育学科建设和学科发展的关键环节。在本身就具有高度复杂性的教育问题研究领域中,成人教育因为是以社会政治、经济、文化行为主体的“成人”作为其特定研究对象,具有比一般教育活动更为复杂的特性,这种复杂性通过一系列具体关系问题表现在研究生培养过程之中,对这些关系的理解对研究生培养和学科建设有十分现实的意义。文章试图探讨这种复杂性在成人教育学学科建设和研究生培养中的体现和应对,厘清学科关系及其基本研究领域与相关领域的关系,并切实处理好学科教学中的一些现实矛盾,全面把握和理解成人教育的丰富内涵及其对终身教育的基础性意义,以提升成人教育的学科教育质量,推进终身教育和学习型社会的建设。Postgraduate training in adult education is a key link in the discipline construction and development of adult education.In research of educational issues,which is highly complex,adult education is even more complex than general educational activities,because it takes"adults",which are subjects of social,political,economic,and cultural behavior as its specific research object.This complexity is manifested in the process of postgraduate training through a series of specific relationship issues,and how understanding these relationships has very practical significance for postgraduate training and discipline construction.This paper attempts to explore the manifestation and response of complexity in discipline construction and postgraduate training of adult education,to clarify the relationship between disciplines and the relationship between basic research fields and their related fields.Besides,improving the quality of adult education,and promoting the construction of lifelong education and a learning society,this paper also attempts to deal with some practical contradictions in the teaching process and tries to fully grasp and understand the rich connotation of adult education and its basic significance to lifelong education.
