摘 要:葛浩文的异化归化策略一直存有争议,尤其在早期翻译阶段。仿拟辞格由本体和仿体相互交织而成,仿古之形,丰今之义,它的英译遭遇语言和文化双重困境。该文基于周领顺的“求真—务实”译者行为连续统评价模式,分析《狼图腾》葛浩文译本中仿拟翻译方法和译者行为倾向。文章发现葛浩文早期翻译呈现为异化策略为主,辅以归化策略;葛浩文灵活运用了直译、意译(释义法、套译法)以及省译,不囿于原文的语言形式,在作者和读者之间取舍和权衡。Goldblatt's strategy of translation has always been controversial,especially in his early stage of translation.Parody rhetoric is interwoven from parodier/phantom and parodied/tenor,and its translation is confronted with linguistic and cultural dilemmas.Based on Zhou's translator behavior criticism theory,this paper analyzes the parody translation methods and translator's behavior tendency in the translation of Wolf Totem by Goldblatt.The author finds that Goldblatt's early translation is mainly foreignization,supplemented by domestication.Goldblatt flexibly uses literal translation,free translation and omission,which is a process of trade-off between the author and the target reader.
