摘　　要：文化建设是“一带一路”倡议的灵魂,积极发挥文化在“一带一路”倡议中的作用和价值,有利于增强我国的文化自信,树立良好的国际形象,进一步提高我国国际话语权,扩大中华优秀传统文化的国际影响力。中国优秀传统文化蕴含着博大精深的中国智慧,为“一带一路”倡议提供了精神滋养。要坚持共生共享理念,推动“一带一路”沿线各国繁荣发展,积极构建人类命运共同体;发扬锲而不舍的创新精神,加快推进“一带一路”数字经济高速发展;坚持“和而不同”理念,在尊重差异的基础上促进沿线各国文明交流互鉴。Cultural construction is the soul of the Belt and Road Initiative.Giving full play to the role and value of culture in the Belt and Road Initiative is conducive to enhancing China's cultural confidence,establishing a good international image,further improving China's international voice,and expanding the international influence of excellent traditional Chinese culture.China's excellent traditional culture contains extensive and profound Chinese wisdom and provides spiritual nourishment for the Belt and Road Initiative.We should adhere to the concept of symbiosis and sharing,promote the prosperity and development of countries along the Belt and Road,and actively build a community with a shared future for mankind.Promote the spirit of innovation,and accelerate the rapid development of the Belt and Road digital economy.Adhere to the concept of harmony without difference,and promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations along the Belt and Road on the basis of respecting differences.
