摘　　要：根据切斯特曼提出的“明晰”“真实”“理解”等制约翻译规范的价值观,将福建省政府门户网站英文版的翻译失误划分为四种类型并在分析失误性质基础上提出整改措施。分析结果表明,切斯特曼的翻译规范论能够有效地解决网站的翻译失误,提高网站的翻译质量,从而使网站发挥积极的对外宣传作用。Based on Chesterman’s translation ethics of "clarity" "truth" and "understanding", C-E translation errors in Fujian English governmental websites are classified into four types, nature of the errors is analyzed and solutions to the errors are suggested. The analysis result shows that Chesterman’s theory of translation norms can effectively correct the errors and enhance website translation quality, which helps the websites achieve positive effect of international publicity.
