高血压病患者血管紧张素及醛固酮水平与抑郁情绪的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压病患者的醛固酮、血管紧张素水平与抑郁情绪的关系。方法选择2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的125例高血压病患者为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查其合并抑郁情况,并设为抑郁组及非抑郁组,同时选择年龄、性别配对的50名同期体检人群作为对照组,比较三组受试的SDS评分,并检测其血清醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素(AngⅠ、AngⅡ)水平,分析高血压患者的醛固酮、血管紧张素水平与抑郁水平的相关性。结果抑郁组血清ALD、AngⅠ、AngⅡ水平以及SDS评分均显著高于非抑郁组与对照组,非抑郁组血清ALD、AngⅠ、AngⅡ水平以及SDS评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清ALD、AngⅠ、AngⅡ水平与SDS评分均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论血清ALD、AngⅠ、AngⅡ水平与高血压病患者抑郁情绪呈正相关,其水平上升可能参与高血压病患者抑郁的发生与发展。Objective To study the relationship between levels of angiotensin and aldosterone and depression in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 125 patients with hypertension from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research object.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to assess the presence of depressive emotions in patients.They were set as the depressive group and the non-depressive group.Both age and gender matched 50 normal persons as control group.The SDS score,and the serum aldosterone(ALD),angiotensin(AngⅠ,AngⅡ)level among three groups were collected.The correlation between the levels of aldosterone and angiotensinⅡand SDS score in patients with hypertension was analyzed.Results The serum ALD,AngⅠ,AngⅡlevels and SDS scores in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group and control group;the serum ALD,AngⅠ,AngⅡlevels and SDS scores in the non-depression group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum ALD,AngⅠ,AngⅡlevels were positively correlated with SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum ALD,AngⅠ,AngⅡlevel was positively related with depression in hypertensive patients,its levels may be involved in the occurrence and development of depression in hypertensive patients.
