摘 要:排缆机构是海洋绞车重要的组成部分,其能否精确运行关系到缆绳是否能紧密且整齐的排列到绞车卷筒上。分析了某海洋绞车的排缆工况和需求,设计了基于比例换向阀控制的液压马达驱动的排缆机构,在此基础上对排缆系统PID控制算法易导致的问题进行了分析研究,提出了基于前馈补偿的PI控制算法,并利用软件建立了整套排缆系统的模型,且进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,采用这种控制算法时排缆机构能根据绞车的运行工况进行精确地排缆,控制精度高,系统稳定性好,取得很好的排缆效果。Cable arrangement mechanism is an important part of the ocean winch,its good operation is related to whether the cable can be closely and neatly arranged on the reel of the winch.The working condition of the row of ocean cable and requirements was analysed,and a cable arrangement system was designed based on hydraulic system which controlled by proportional directional control valve.On the basis,the problems easily caused by PID control algorithm of cable laying system were analyzed and studied,then the PI control algorithm based on feedforward compensation was adopted.By using software,the model of the whole line of cable system,and simulation research were established.The simulation results show that the cable arrangement mechanism can row cables accurately according to the operation of the winch and achieve better cable arrangement effect with high control precision and good system stability.
